Okbaee Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Using

Okbaee.ws (hereinafter referred to as "okbaee", "we", or "the platform") is an online Sports Betting and lottery service provider for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to the okbaee website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering on our platform or using it in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions carefully and agree to them in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using okbaee.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on okbaee:

All deposits must be sent from the registered user's own mobile banking number. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and may not be refunded.

If a technical error results in excess funds being credited, okbaee reserves the right to recover that amount. Additionally, any accidental deposit must be reported to support within 24 hours.

Keep the following rules in mind before placing any bets on okbaee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a cashout option is available, in which case that may be used.
• If a bet fails to place due to an internet disconnection, a full refund will be issued.
• In the event of a match cancellation or rescheduling, okbaee's decision shall be considered final.
• Okbaee reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Live betting may be subject to delays — no claims will be accepted on that basis.
• The maximum bet limit per event is set by okbaee and is subject to change.

Okbaee reserves the right to make final decisions on any bet or betting outcome. If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Okbaee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Each person is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus winnings, a specified amount must be wagered (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Source: Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Okbaee reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional bonuses are not considered cash until wagering requirements have been met.

The following terms apply to the okbaee lottery service:

• Every lottery draw is conducted using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased.
• Draw results are final and no appeals will be accepted.
• Prize amounts will be paid out at the announced rates.
• Identity verification is required before large prizes (over ৳1,00,000) are paid out.
• Okbaee reserves the right to modify the draw schedule at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okbaee:

• Opening an account under a false identity or using a third party's identity
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Hacking or unauthorized access to another user's account
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Transactions
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Harassing other users
• Match fixing or placing bets based on illegal inside information

Okbaee may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Suspicious betting patterns or suspected fraud
• Extended inactivity (12 months without account use)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance in your wallet. This option may not be available for accounts closed due to rule violations.

Okbaee accepts no liability for the following:

• Missed bets due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• Payment delays due to third-party service (mobile banking) processing times
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Financial losses from betting or lottery

Okbaee is an entertainment platform. There is always a risk of losing money on betting and lottery — that risk is entirely the user's own.
